Want more from retirement?

While some men do retirement well, many are unprepared for the changes retirement brings. We encourage men to talk about their retirement experiences, the ups and downs, the good times and the bad times.

Learning the skills to manage the challenges of retirement helps us to navigate this transition positively. We help men explore what they enjoy and encourage them to find meaning and purpose in retirement.

We do things differently, our program helps you become an active and vibrant member of the community. We support you to find activities, both social and volunteering, that suit your lifestyle and health situation.

If you are struggling with retirement, need new ideas, or just need to talk, TOMNET can meet with you either face to face, via telephone, or zoom to discuss your current retirement plans and help you find your pathway to a meaningful retirement.

The conversation could change your life.
