VISION STATEMENT
To value older men, regardless of their circumstances and provide meaningful peer support networks that are responsive to and reflective of individual need and which positively promote the role of men supporting men in the community.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Older Men's Network Inc. aims to identify and connect with isolated older men and establish peer support networks and services to improve their physical, mental, emotional and social wellbeing and provide them with a sense of belonging.

HISTORY
The Older Men's Network Inc. (TOMNET Inc.) is a progressive non-profit organisation that focuses directly on the physical, emotional and social well being of the most at risk group in our community - older men. TOMNET aims to enhance the social networks of older men and address risk factors for suicide by providing older men living in Toowoomba and South West Queensland with the opportunity to benefit from peer support, information and professional development whilst fostering a culture of men supporting men in the community.
